We were thrilled with the superb location of this place, nestled in the breathtaking mountains and close to all the main tourist spots. The room amenities provided us with ultimate comfort, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the cozy sitting area and the patio, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The staff here truly went above and beyond, ensuring our needs were met and coordinating services when we had trouble. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch and offered a delightful experience. The free toiletries, hair dryer, and electric kettle in the room were thoughtful additions. We were also pleased with the entertainment options provided, such as the television, AM/FM alarm clock, and flat-screen TV.

We highly recommend this place to all our friends and family.

We had an really good stay at the hotel. The staff were very hospitable and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable to stay in. We were impressed with the excellent facilities including the delicious breakfast and various transportation services provided. The hotel is located in a fantastic mountainous area, near many popular tourist spots.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space for us and our luggage. We loved the outdoor seating area with stunning views of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local sights.

That the breakfast options were limited and the buffet area was a bit crowded at times.

The hotel is located near the main tourist places in the mountains, which is very beneficial. the rooms are good with central heating, and the food is delicious, especially the mutton. the hotel staff is excellent and very kind, and the ambiance is superb.

The hotel lacks basic amenities like an intercom and lift, which makes it difficult for travelers with senior citizens or babies.
